RETURN POLICY
MetJoe’s Race Shop accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable / partial refund conditions
Partial refunds or denied returns may apply in the following situations:

Any item not in its original condition

Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the item and circumstances. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you still have questions, contact us at jfresco@metjoesraceshop.com.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at jfresco@metjoesraceshop.com before sending anything back.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
